Terms of service
Plain terms for plain work.
Version 2, effective October 5, 2026. The version in force for your order is the one published on the day you paid. If anything here is unclear, email us and we'll explain it in plain words.
Nineteen clauses
What we sell, how we work, and what stays yours.
Written to be read, not skimmed. Clauses 3, 4 and 5 are the ones that matter most: email is the record, what's yours stays yours, and how we handle access.
01Who we are.
Keepwrightꓘ is a sole proprietorship in Toledo, Ohio. These terms also cover any successor business that takes over this work. They apply to every service we sell. By paying, or by confirming an order by email, you agree to them.
02What we sell.
The Missed-Call Audit, the Lead Catcher Setup, ongoing monthly support, and custom lead lists, as described on this site and in your order email. These are digital services: written reports, and the configuration of tools on your behalf. Nothing is shipped.
03Email is the record.
Everything we agree is confirmed by email from legend@keep-wright.com. Scope, price and delivery date for a setup are confirmed in writing before work starts. Only emails from that address, sent by the owner, commit Keepwrightꓘ. Only emails from the address you give us commit you.
04What's yours stays yours.
Your phone numbers, accounts, customer contacts and messages belong to you. Any account we create for your business is created in your name, and you hold the login. If we part ways, everything keeps running and you keep all of it. We never hold a number or an account as leverage.
05Access and security.
Where we need access to your tools, we ask to be added as a user rather than be given your password. We remove our own access when the work ends; you are responsible for removing any access we can't remove ourselves. Any change to where your calls or texts are routed is confirmed with you by a second channel before we make it. We never ask for card details by email or phone.
06Texting rules.
Automatic texts go only to people who have called, messaged or filled in a form for your business. We don't cold-text anyone and won't build a system that does. You confirm that the contacts in your system reached out to you. Business texting in the US requires carrier registration; we prepare it, and go-live dates depend on carrier approval, which we don't control.
07What we need from you.
Access to the phone, website and listing tools in scope, one named decision-maker, and answers within a reasonable time. Delivery times run from the day we have what we need. If your staff give conflicting instructions, your decision-maker's word settles it. You confirm you have the right to use any text, images and contact lists you give us.
08Monthly support, defined.
Support covers monitoring your system, fixing anything that stops working, and reasonable adjustments to messages, timing and routing. We respond within one business day. Large changes, new tools, or work caused by changes you made are quoted separately. Your monthly price is fixed for 12 months from your start date; after that we give 30 days' notice of any change.
09Payment.
Audits are paid upfront. Setups are paid when the project starts. Monthly support is billed in advance each month and renews until you cancel. Payments go through Stripe; we never see your full card number. Prices are in US dollars. Taxes, if any apply, are added to your invoice or at checkout.
10Cancelling and refunds.
Monthly support: one email, cancelled the same day, no charge after the current month. A setup cancelled mid-project: you pay for work done so far. Everything else is in our refund policy, which is part of these terms.
11If something breaks.
We make reasonable efforts to keep your system running. If a carrier, texting provider or other third party blocks or interrupts service, we tell you within one business day and work on it; that interruption is not a breach by us. If the core text-back is down because of our error, we credit monthly support for those days. Problems caused by changes on your side are fixed as paid support.
12What we don't promise.
We promise the systems we set up do what we said. We don't promise a number of leads, jobs or revenue; that depends on your market, pricing and work. Figures on this site, including the calculator, are estimates based on what you enter.
13Who we don't serve.
We don't take on medical, dental or other healthcare businesses, because patient information has legal protections our tools aren't certified for.
14Confidentiality.
Your call volumes, customer data and business details stay private; we use them only to do the work. Our methods, quotes and internal notes stay private too. We may use assistants and subcontractors under the same confidentiality, and we remain responsible for their work. We describe our work for you publicly only with your written permission.
15Your data.
We collect only what you give us and use it only for the work. We don't sell it or share it beyond the tools needed to run your system. See the privacy policy for details.
16Disputes and chargebacks.
Tell us by email first; most problems are fixed or refunded within a day under the refund policy. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your card company; disputes on delivered work may be contested using the email record. If we can't settle something, either of us may take it to small claims court in Lucas County, Ohio.
17Limits.
Our total liability to you is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the problem. Neither of us is responsible for events outside our control. Nothing here limits rights that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
18Changes.
New versions are posted here with a date and version number. Work already agreed by email stays under the terms in force when it was agreed.
19Law.
These terms follow the laws of the State of Ohio.
